At 96% AFUE, the MG3S includes two stages of operation making it the most efficient gas furnace specifically designed for use in manufactured homes. The downflow furnace is equipped with a constant-torque, electronically communicated (ECM) blower motor that helps it to achieve consistent, whole-home comfort.
